Clean, modern facilities designed to make every stay comfortable and convenient.
Our FAQ section is designed to help you plan your stay at our hidden gem caravan park on the Lincolnshire coast at Anderby Creek. It includes clear and helpful information about bookings, availability, facilities, touring stays and static caravan ownership. Whether you are visiting for a short break, a touring holiday, or considering ownership of a holiday home, everything you need to know is explained in a simple and straightforward way.
At Poplar Zareba Caravan Park, we aim to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Our friendly team is always available to help with advice, bookings and general enquiries. We are a peaceful coastal park located within the Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park, close to Skegness, Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonards, making us an ideal base for exploring the local area.

We recommend booking early, especially during peak holiday periods, as both touring pitches and static caravan availability can fill quickly. Touring guests can book short stays and weekend breaks throughout the season, while enquiries for static caravan ownership are handled directly through our sales team. Our staff are always happy to help you choose the best option for your visit.
Poplar Zareba offers both a peaceful touring caravan site and a private static caravan park. Touring guests enjoy grass pitches with electric hook up, while static owners benefit from a quiet, well-kept environment with a strong community feel. Both areas are designed to provide a relaxed coastal lifestyle just a short walk from Anderby Creek beach.
To help maintain a safe and peaceful environment, we ask all guests to respect park rules during their stay. These include keeping noise to a minimum, following pitch guidelines and ensuring dogs are kept on leads while on park. These simple rules help us maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere for all visitors.
Guests at Poplar Zareba have access to clean and well-maintained facilities throughout the season. These include toilet and shower blocks, laundry facilities and waste disposal points. A friendly live-in warden is also on site and available throughout the season to provide assistance and ensure everything runs smoothly for both touring guests and owners.
The park is ideally located for exploring the Lincolnshire coast. Nearby you will find Skegness for traditional seaside attractions, Mablethorpe for a more relaxed beach experience and Chapel St Leonards for cafés and coastal charm. Inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds offer beautiful countryside, walking routes and market towns including Louth, Market Rasen and Horncastle.
The park is open seasonally from 1st March to 31st October each year.
